Direct Support Professional $18.51 per hour/Alamo Home

Sincere, dependable, caring, and compassionate individuals to provide direct care to adult individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. This career in direct care position supports and assists individuals with daily tasks of living that can include medication administration, health and safety, maintaining hygiene, cleaning, meal preparation, and wellness in residential settings. Our Alamo home is a more intensive setting to support feeding, toileting, and bathing. Responsible for respecting the rights and dignities of the individuals served. Full Time, Part-Time, Weekend, and Relief Shifts available. High school diploma or equivalent, valid drivers license, and safe driving record required.  Experience and/or education in related field preferred but not required. CNAs and those with experience working in Assisted Living and Rehabilitative settings encouraged to apply.

Transitional Support Specialist $18.51 per hour

Calm, dependable, caring, and compassionate individuals to provide direct care to individuals with disabilities in the Intensive/Transitional Support Program. This position supports and assists adults with a developmental disability and/or mental illness in the Intensive/Transitional Support Program. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans and behavior management plans as established by an interdisciplinary team. Responsible for modeling appropriate behavior; monitoring, observation, and assessment; crisis intervention, prevention, and utilizing de-escalation strategies; and maintaining a healthy and safe environment. Additional support may include assisting in personal care and guiding skill development in daily tasks of living. Responsible for respecting the rights and dignities of the individuals we serve. Position requires patience, critical thinking skills and decision-making ability.

Direct Support Professional $17.18 per hour/ Traditional Setting
