Program Supervisor $47,611+ annually + benefits

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated individual to provide supervision to a team of staff as well as to those we serve. This position will directly oversee the daily operations of group home and SIL settings serving individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. Responsibilities are both managerial and programmatic in nature including program planning, financial monitoring, program evaluation, personnel management, and facility management. Responsible for respecting the rights and dignities of the individuals we serve.

Transitional Support Specialist $18.51 per hour

Calm, dependable, caring, and compassionate individuals to provide direct care to individuals with disabilities in the Intensive/Transitional Support Program. This position supports and assists individuals with daily tasks of living that can include medication administration, health and safety, maintaining hygiene, cleaning, meal preparation, and wellness in a residential setting. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans and behavior plans as established by an interdisciplinary team. Responsible for modeling appropriate behavior, teaching life skills to individuals, facilitating group and individual conversations and interactions, developing a rapport, and respecting the rights and dignities of the individuals served. Position requires patience, critical thinking skills and decision-making ability.

Direct Support Professional $18.51 per hour/Alamo Home

Sincere, dependable, caring, and compassionate individuals to provide direct care to adult individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. This position supports and assists individuals with daily tasks of living that can include medication administration, health and safety, maintaining hygiene, cleaning, meal preparation, and wellness in residential settings. Our Alamo home is a more intensive setting to support feeding, toileting, and bathing. Responsible for respecting the rights and dignities of the individuals served. Full Time, Part-Time, Weekend, and Relief Shifts available. High school diploma or equivalent, valid drivers license, and safe driving record required.  Experience and/or education in related field preferred but not required. CNAs and those with experience working in Assisted Living and Rehabilitative settings encouraged to apply.

Direct Support Professional $17.18 per hour/ Traditional Setting

Enthusiastic, dependable, caring, and compassionate individuals to provide direct care to adult individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. This position supports and assists individuals with daily tasks of living that can include medication administration, health and safety, maintaining hygiene, cleaning, meal preparation, and wellness in residential settings. Responsible for respecting the rights and dignities of the individuals served. Full Time, Part-Time, Weekend, and Relief Shifts available. High school diploma or equivalent, valid drivers license, and safe driving record required.  Experience and/or education in related field preferred but not required.

Administrative Internships $12.00 per hour

Acts as a general assistant to the Administrative Assistant, performing routine and non-routine office functions contributing to the company’s objectives. These responsibilities are performed in an ethical manner consistent with Community Living Options’s mission, vision, and core values. The position handles a large amount of administrative paperwork daily, quality assurance tasks, as well as other administrative duties.
